United Methodist Church Distributes 48 Motorcycles to District Superintendents, Evangelists in Nigeria
The Resident Bishop of the United Methodist Church Nigeria, Senegal and Cameroon Episcopal Area, Bishop Ande I. Emmanuel, has boosted evangelism and missionary activities with the distribution of 48 motorcycles to District Superintendents and Evangelists across Nigeria.
The presentation took place today in Jalingo, Taraba State, as part of efforts by the church to strengthen evangelism and improve the mobility and effectiveness of its ministers in their various places of assignment.
According to the church, the motorcycles are intended to support District Superintendents and Evangelists in reaching communities, particularly areas where transportation and difficult terrain may hinder regular missionary activities.
The initiative is expected to enhance pastoral visitation, evangelism, community outreach and the overall coordination of church activities across the districts.
