The S.M. Abba CARE FOUNDATION, in collaboration with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), has successfully conducted an environmental sanitation exercise and public awareness campaign in Mutum Biyu, Gassol Local Government Area of Taraba State.
The campaign brought together foundation members, volunteers, and community stakeholders to promote environmental cleanliness and educate residents on the importance of proper waste disposal, personal hygiene, and community responsibility.
The Foundation expressed appreciation to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), members of S.M. Abba CARE FOUNDATION, volunteers, and all supporters for their teamwork and commitment, which contributed to the success of the outreach.
According to the organizers, the exercise also highlighted the need for sustained public education, noting that many communities still require continuous sensitization on environmental sanitation and the collective responsibility of keeping public spaces clean.
TwisdicInfo Insight: The success of community sanitation campaigns goes beyond the number of participants involved. Their lasting impact depends on consistent public awareness, regular environmental clean-up activities, and strong partnerships between community organizations, government agencies, and residents.
